1. I am the person who has registered, and under penalty of law, agree that no one other than me is taking this exam under my name;
2. I personally completed each module of instruction;
3. I understand that if any other person has completed any module of instruction or any part of this course required for completion of the course, the school may not award credit for the course or may withdraw credit already awarded for this course;
4. I am taking this exam in the presence of a proctor, as defined by this school;
5. I understand that any attempt to defraud exam results or falsify proctor information will result in my forfeiting the right to finish the course and the information will be provided to the real estate regulatory authority for this state.
