Thank you for serving as a proctor for the student on the previous screen! In order to serve as a proctor for this student, please make sure the following apply:

You are NOT a family member, employer or student colleague of the examinee.
You are a test center proctor, librarian or certified teacher.
You have verified a government issued photo ID and the name matches the student.
The student does not have access to any electronic devices, such as cell phones, ipod, ipad, headphones, mp3 players.
The proctor has two roles. First, the proctor needs to confirm that the person taking the test is actually the person enrolled in the course. Second, the proctor needs to confirm that the student is not cheating (does not have any outside materials, no electronic devices, etc). The proctor must be physically present when the student takes the course in order to accomplish these two roles.

If all of the following are true, please type your name, email, phone number and date below:

  • Date Format: MM slash DD slash YYYY

Once you click on the Start Quiz, your final exam will begin and this will count as one of your two exams. If you pass the first final exam, you will have completed the course and you will need to fill out a form in order for you to schedule your state exam.  If you fail the first final exam, you must wait 24 hours to take the second of the final exams.  If you pass the second final exam then you will have completed the course and you will need to fill out a form in order for you to schedule your state exam.  If you fail the second final exam, you will have failed the course and will need to enroll in a different real estate school’s pre-license course since we currently only have the two final exams.

You will have 3 hours to complete the Final Exam. Your exam will be automatically scored after 3 hours. It is important that you do not start this exam unless your proctor is present and has filled out the previous form.  80% is required for a passing score.
