By using the website, www.blueapplerealestateschool.com, you consent, without limitation or qualification, to the following Terms and Conditions of use. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using or purchasing from the website. The Blue Apple Real Estate School may, at any time and at its sole discretion, revise these Terms and Conditions.

THE BLUE APPLE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL GUARANTEE (GENERAL REFUND POLICY)
The Blue Apple Real Estate School guarantees that you will pass the state licensing exam or you are entitled to your money back. In the event that you do not pass your state licensing exam, to obtain a refund of the purchase price of the Pre-Licensing course, please contact The Blue Apple Real Estate School at 404-904-5258 for refund or credit hour requests. Partial credit is not given for any course.
PRE-LICENSING EDUCATION
Students must complete 100% of the learning material presented in a course and demonstrate mastery of the material by passing all quizzes and the final exam to receive credit hours for the course. Students not completing 100% of the material will not be issued a Certificate of Completion will not receive credit hours for the course. The Blue Apple Real Estate School does not have a probation policy in place for courses. If the course is not completed within 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase or other period as modified below, the student will be required to purchase a new course at 50% of the current retail price of the new course and fully complete the new course, including passing the final exam, if the student wishes to be granted credit for the new course.
STATE PREREQUISITES & LICENSING REQUIREMENTS
- Blue Apple Real Estate Students must be at least 18 years or older. All students are required to be a high school graduate or the holder of a certificate of equivalency (GED).
- In order to receive your State Real Estate License, you must get at least a 75% on the state licensing exam.
- To receive license one must have: all fees paid, criminal background check completed and passed, affidavit from a sponsoring broker received, 75-hour licensing course, and exam completed and passed
In order to obtain certification of adequate completion for our 75 Hour Pre-License Real Estate Course, all students must pass the Georgia Pre-License Real Estate Final Exam with a score of 80% or higher.
TECHNICAL SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
Blue Apple Real Estate courses are delivered through a secure and proprietary Learning Management System (LMS). The LMS is accessible online through common internet browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Safari. An internet connection is required (high speed is recommended, but not required).
ENROLLMENT
Enrollments are accepted via our school website at https://blueapplerealestateschool.com or by phone at 404-904-5258. The Blue Apple Real Estate School does not discriminate based on race, sex, religion, ethnic origin, or disability.
CONDUCT POLICY
All students are required to respect other students, faculty members, and employees of Blue Apple Real Estate School. Possession of weapons of any kind, illegal drugs, or alcohol are strictly prohibited on any Blue Apple Real Estate property.
DISMISSAL
Violation of any Blue Apple Real Estate policy may result in permanent dismissal from the school. After review of all pertinent facts and information, The President of Blue Apple Real Estate School will make the final determination in regard to dismissal and/or re-admittance.
PREVIOUS CREDITS
Credits earned from another institution cannot be combined with those earned through Blue Apple Real Estate School. Blue Apple does not guarantee the transferability of its credits to any other institution.
POST COURSE COMPLETION
Once courses are completed, students must ?certify? that they were the student/licensee who completed the coursework. This is accomplished by entering the username and password that the student created at the time of enrollment. Once certification has taken place, the student?s Certificate of Completion is sent to the customer via an automated email and is also stored in the student’s online account for a minimum of three years unless otherwise stated.
LICENSE INFORMATION
It is the responsibility of the student to provide Blue Apple Real Estate with the student’s correct and complete real estate license number and any and all required information (first name, last name, etc.) on record with the entity that issued the student’s license. Blue Apple Real Estate will not be responsible or liable for any disciplinary action by any regulatory entity including, but not limited to, late/reinstatement fees or changes in license status to the licensee as a result of incorrect license information provided by the student.
COPYRIGHT POLICY
All Rights Reserved. No part of Blue Apple Real Estate?s course content may be reproduced, retransmitted, distributed, sold, published, broadcasted or circulated, including to individuals in the same company or organization, without the express written consent of Blue Apple Real Estate School. Course content received electronically via the Internet may be displayed or printed for your personal, non-commercial use only. Purchase of a course includes a license for one person to use the course materials for a period of 12 months from the date of activation unless otherwise stated. It is not permissible to distribute files containing course materials or printed versions of course materials to individuals who have not purchased the course(s) without the express written consent from Blue Apple Real Estate School. It is also not permissible to make the course materials available to others over a computer network, Intranet, Internet, or any other storage, transmittal, or retrieval system without the express written consent of Blue Apple Real Estate School.

No information communicated by any of the above, or contained in any Blue Apple Real Estate course(s), shall be construed as such. If applicable law does not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability or certain categories of damages, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you and the applicable law shall govern. In no event, however, shall The Blue Apple Real Estate School?s total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount paid by you to The Blue Apple Real Estate School in the last 12-month period.
OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
You agree that The Blue Apple Real Estate School has the right to terminate your account at any time if Blue Apple Real Estate School has reason to believe that your account is being fraudulently accessed for unauthorized reasons.
